Let’s face it. The process of renovation can be very time consuming and exhausting. In order to make it as easy as possible we have prepared a breakdown, so you know exactly what to expect. Let us be your trusted partner throughout the whole process.

At WRKBNCH we will not charge you for an initial meeting and project quotation.


To give you a preliminary quote we would need a few things first. The more information, the more accurate we can base your quote on. Please forward us basic dimensions, photographs and, if you can, style and material choices.

site survey
As a bespoke joinery maker we would need to take detailed measurements at your premises. We offer this service as an in-house visit followed up with a series of technical drawings. Price for the site survey starts at £160

In order to start a design process we will ask you to pay a deposit. As soon as the payment is settled we will be able to start producing drawings, concepts, visuals and contact our suppliers and manufacturers. 

concept design
We will present to you 3 different design options. All designers will be supported with a set of sketches and CAD drawings. You will then be asked to pick one to develop. Depending on size this process usually takes between 1-3 weeks.

We are happy to amend the design option of your choice up to 3 times without further charges. Before placing an order we will always make sure that you are happy with the proposed project and all information regarding further steps are clear.

delivery & installation

Our lead time for bespoke furniture & joinery is usually 7-10 weeks. Everything is manufactured in a small factory and made by hand to a very high standard. You can bring your own installer or if you prefer we can appoint our recommended team of installers. They would meet you on your site at the day of the delivery and will start working on installation right away.


At WRKBNCH we put great attention to the quality of the products we design. Our experience, quality control as well as customer focused approach mean that we offer long-lasting and timeless furniture and joinery pieces. All our items will come with a warranty of 1 year and additional warranty for all structural pieces along with the producers’ brand policy. Customer will be kindly asked to check if all items were manufactured correctly after both delivery and installation.

Please note that WRKBNCH cannot take responsibility for damages caused if our care instructions have not been followed correctly. With each design and product manufactured we will provide a book with instructions and guidance on how to take care of your item.

In case of the mechanical fault we can offer a piece replacement or improvement on clients’ cost.
